Use characters you can publish
Create your own cast or use assets with permission for the intended use. A recognizable character found online is not automatically available for commercial animation. Keep a local record of your asset source and license. Do not use the generator to imply an endorsement from a brand or a public figure.
Match the visual language of both references
Two illustrated character portraits are more coherent than one flat drawing and one photorealistic face. Show the characters at comparable angles and keep distinctive eye, mouth and costume shapes visible. Avoid thick objects across the mouth and tiny face details. The character template requests preservation of the illustration style rather than a conversion into a realistic person.
Inspect the linework during motion
Watch whether outlines flicker, eyes change size or the mouth becomes a realistic human mouth. These are different failures from an ordinary face swap and may call for simpler source artwork. A closed, nearly invisible mouth offers little structure for performance. Prepare a neutral readable expression, then judge the full clip for consistency before adding captions or a soundtrack.

Select the matching template below, then choose one image for each slot. The local form accepts JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB each and checks that the browser can decode them. Use photos you are allowed to process. If a validation message appears, replace only the affected image; the other selection stays available. Before live generation, verify the displayed service settings and cost. The current local build does not upload photos or create paid requests while generation is disabled.

A successful job status is only the start of reviewing a performance. Play from the first frame to the end, check both identities during movement and listen with sound enabled. Confirm the file opens on your phone, and check the publishing platform’s current aspect ratio and AI disclosure options. Download only a completed file belonging to your account. A concept illustration or an external sample cannot establish the result of your request.

What should I change if the result is wrong?
